Bio

Sue Radwan has been consulting with associations since 1996.  Her consulting focus is governance and leadership capacity-building.  Over the years, Sue has developed an international scope of practice with work in Canada, the Middle East and throughout the US.  

She has been a trailblazer in CAE education, leading more than 1/3 of all current CAEs on their journey to certification.  She has been facilitating CAE education with MSAE since 1991.  MSAE's virtual CAE Exam Prep Program was launched in 1996 with Sue's help.

Sue is the Executive Editor for the Professional Practices in Association Management, 3rd and 4th editions.  She is also co-author of Governing by Principles: Unleashing the Power of Policy Governance, released in 2020.
